The quick access to the nearby Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts enhanced our stay with a cultural experience.
The hotel corridors were quite dirty, with stained carpets and a generally neglected appearance.

Family with children cozy place
We had a good time here, the maids were really nice and helped us track down some extra towels. The suite was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed playing board games with the kids while watching the large TV.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still okay for what it offered.

The coffee was good.
The hotel was in an awful state of disrepair. Halls were dirty, with rippled carpets and damaged walls. The exterior was crumbling, and the parking lot was filled with potholes, making it feel seedy and rundown.

Had a great one-night stay! The beds were super comfy, and the view of the lake was stunning! However, the carpets in the hallways could really use a clean.

The room was clean and comfortable with nice, soft sheets. The large swiveling TV was perfect for watching from anywhere. A small downside was that the view could be blocked depending on where you were sitting, but it was decent overall for a solo stay. Enjoyed my time here!
